Applicants: If you have already submitted an initial application and this is your first time here, please click the "Register" link to get started. You will need to provide your first name, last name, birthdate, Social Security Number, and Web Application Confirmation Number as it appears in our records to register your user account. Your Confirmation Number was emailed to you upon completion of your initial application. Once you have registered, you can log in and use this portal to view your status on waiting lists and submit application updates (such as providing updated mailing address information or updating your application to see if you qualify for any newly opened waiting lists). If you encounter problems creating your account or updating your application, please call (360) 694-2501.
Landlords: If this is your first time here, please click the "Register" link to get started. You will need to provide your TIN as it appears in our records to register your user account. Once you have registered, you can log in and use this portal to view payment, unit, tenant, and inspections records.
Managing Agents: Property management companies managing multiple TINs, will need to contact Vancouver Housing Authority to configure a landlord portal account. Please contact Madeline Turner at (360) 993-9544 or mturner@vhausa.com with a complete list of the properties that you need associated to your landlord portal account.
Public Housing Authorities: PHAs receiving portability payments from Vancouver Housing Authority must contact Madeline Turner at (360) 993-9544 or mturner@vhausa.com to configure a landlord portal account.
